ZenFlow is a meditation timer made by DJUMP, MB in Vilnius, Lithuania. The app is designed to collect as little as possible. This document explains exactly what little there is.
1. what the mobile app collects
The timer, intervals, and session history live on your device. Sessions are not synced to our servers and are not visible to us. There is no account to log into.
If you choose to enable optional cloud features in a future version (for example, syncing your history across devices), this policy will be updated before that happens.
2. what the website collects
If you submit your email through the pre-launch signup form on zenflow-web.vercel.app, we store the email address, a hashed representation of your IP, your user agent, and the time of submission. We use this only to let you know when the timer is ready.
If you write to us through the contact form, your name, email, and message are sent directly to our inbox via Resend. No copy is stored on the website.
3. what we never collect
- Payment or card information. Purchases run through Apple or Google.
- Your meditation sessions or any in-app activity.
- Location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, or device sensors.
- Marketing trackers, third-party advertising IDs, or social media pixels.
4. how we use what we have
- To send you a single launch announcement after you sign up, then occasional release notes if you opt in.
- To reply to messages you send through the contact form.
- To investigate abuse of the signup form (rate-limiting by hashed IP).
5. where it lives, who can see it
Email signups are stored in Supabase (EU region) behind row-level security. The list is not visible publicly and only the operator (Donaldas Jautzemis, DJUMP MB) can read it through the Supabase admin console. Transactional email is sent via Resend.
6. third parties
- Vercel — hosts this website.
- Supabase — stores subscriber emails (EU region).
- Resend — delivers launch and contact-form email.
- Apple App Store and Google Play — distribute the mobile app and process any optional in-app purchases under their own terms.
7. your rights
You can ask us to unsubscribe you, show you what we store about you, or delete it altogether. Write to start@djump.io and we will reply within a reasonable time. Because we keep so little, deletion is usually very quick.
8. children
ZenFlow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
9. retention
Subscriber emails are kept until you ask us to remove them. Contact-form messages live in the inbox like any email correspondence and are kept only as long as needed to reply.
10. changes
If we change this policy in any material way, the effective date at the top of this page changes. For subscribers, a short note will go out with the next email.
